"As a sport and exercise physician I am only too aware of the challenges faced by people trying to get and remain fit. Finding an environment in which you feel comfortable is one such challenge. Dan and his team manage to make some pretty intense training sessions enjoyable and very effective. It is not for the faint hearted but he ensures you do not overdo it or injure yourself and it is clear he cares a lot about those he teaches. As well as teaching the more formal aspects of a powerful martial art, he has sessions on self-defence which are well explained useful tools for keeping you safe in difficult situations. I found the fitness training sessions some of the most effective sessions I have attended"
